All you need for a midday refresher is this Spice & Flower Spritz made with Elixir of Ceylon Black Tea with Peach & Almond. This delicious tea drink recipe from Dilmah's mixology series presents a sweet and indulgent cocktail perfect for white wine lovers.

What you'll need:

  • 80 ml. White Wine
  • 80 ml. Tonic
  • 25 ml. Black Tea Peach and Almond Elixir
  • 15 ml. Lime Juice
  • Slice of Nectarine
  • 3 Lavender flowers for garnishing
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Ice Cubes

Combine all ingredients in a Copacabana glass filled with ice, give it a stir and add in the Lavender and Nectarine to garnish and enjoy the refreshing cocktail at any time of the day.

If you love a classic cosmopolitan as a quick evening pick me up, then this tea-inspired version is a must-try. Incorporating the Elixir of Ceylon Tea with Peach Flavour, this Tea-politan would soon enough become your go-to beverage of choice.

What you'll need:

  • 40 ml. Lime Vodka
  • 10 ml. Maraschino liqueur
  • 10 ml. Black Tea Peach Elixir
  • 40 ml. Cranberry Juice
  • 25 ml. Lime Juice
  • Crushed Ice

*Optionally, add 2 dashes of Peach Bitters

Combine your lime vodka, Maraschino liqueur, chilled cranberry and lime juice together with peach flavoured Elixir of Ceylon Tea in a cocktail shaker with some crushed ice and shake it well. Pour the mixture into a martini glass, and there you have it, your own homemade and divinely flavourful Tea-politan.

What you'll need:

  • 50 ml. Golden Rum
  • 30 ml. Lime Juice
  • 10 ml. Black Tea Lime & Lemon Elixir
  • 5 ml. Brown Sugar Syrup
  • Handful of Thyme
  • Crushed Ice

Combine your golden rum, lime juice and tea concentrate together with the sugar syrup and some crushed ice and shake it well in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a Coupette shaped glass, add in the thyme and enjoy!
