In keeping with the characteristics of high grown Ceylon tea, this is a full-bodied, rounded and refreshing brew that is medium brown in colour with tints of orange. An almost savoury taste with fruity notes, well balance from the ample tannins, strong but not brooding. Comparable to a Pinot Noir wine made from grapes grown in cool climates. A tea that is delicate, radiant and elegant.
