How To Make A Tea-Infused Meal

Recipe for Tea Infused Chocolate Pudding with Rooibos Tea
Ingredients:
- 125g unsalted butter, chopped
- 25g cocoa powder, sifted
- 75g dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tea bags, Dilmah Red Rooibos, Chocolate, Turmeric, Ginger & Almond Infusion
- 3 small whole eggs, at room temperature
- 3 small egg yolks, at room temperature
- 150g caster sugar
- 125g plain flour, sifted
Method:

- Pour the batter into the bowl
- Set in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Serve with powdered sugar as garnish.

Ingredients:
- 30ml Chambord
- 45ml Vodka infused with Dilmah Acai Berry, Pomegranate and Vanilla Tea
- 60ml Pineapple juice
- 1tbps Chickpea juice
