Rooibos with Ceylon Turmeric, Cinnamon, Ginger & Nutmeg

  • 150 ml Cinnamon, Turmeric, Ginger & Nutmeg (5 minute brew, hot)
  • 50 ml Condensed milk
  • A pinch of ground cardamom powder
  • A pinch of ground white pepper
  1. Add all ingredients to a chai mug of small pan
  2. Air the chai or whisk in a pan
  3. Pour into the glass
  4. Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg
