Green Rooibos, Ginger & Peppermint

Ingredients
  • 150 ml Ginger & Peppermint Infusion (5 minute brew, chilled)
  • 40 ml Apple juice
  • 15 ml Honey
  • 1 barspoon lemon curd
Method
  1. Add all ingredients to an ice-filled highball and stir
  2. Garnish with a slice of ginger and a sprig of mint
